Our Rooms

There are several spaces in our buildings that may be rented for your meeting, party or simcha. Please note that the entire Ziff Center is closed (except for religious purposes) on Fridays after sundown and Saturday up until sundown.

If your group requires additional furniture outside of what Hillel provides, please make arrangements to rent this furniture through Stanford or through another vendor.

Rooms at the Ziff Center are available to be rented for Stanford University Voluntary Student Organizations (VSOs) with room rental fees waived for the school year. In order to qualify for a waived fee, the majority of the event participants must be Stanford students.  There is a $100 non-refundable quarterly student usage fee required for each organization that covers utilities and maintenance of the buildings. Student Groups must be registered with the Office of Student Activities as Voluntary Student Organizations in order to reserve a room at no additional fees.

ALL groups who do not clean up and reset the room will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. 

Room Rentals are also available to non-student groups. Please email Leah for the Jewish communal discount.  For rates and room information, see below:

Taube Hillel House

 Student Lounge:

  • Located on first floor of the Taube Hillel House. 
  • Comfortable seating for 10 around conference table, can fit up to 15 with extra chairs around the sides. Conference table is not movable; it is 3.5’ x 8’.
  • Lounge-style furniture with a library and a fireplace façade (nonworking fireplace).
  • Accommodates up to 40 people, lecture style, with furniture moved aside (furniture must be put back to original position after use).
  • 430 sq. ft.
  • Fee for non-students: half-day $250, full-day $400

    


  

Koret Pavilion

Kopa Cafe:

    • Located on first floor of the Koret Pavilion.
    • Café- and Lounge-style furniture. Permanent seating for 30.
    • Foosball table, Ping-Pong table, and TV in room
    • Maximum capacity (standing room): 142
    • 1,025 sq. ft. (40 feet X 28 feet)
    • Fee for non-students: half-day $375, full-day $600

Freidenrich Dining Hall:
    • Located on first floor of the Koret Pavilion
    • Furnished with movable tables and 68 chairs, dining room style; we do not provide additional furniture.
    • Ceiling projector, and drop-down projection screen; Hillel does not provide cables or mics. (users that do not have a VGA connection on their device must use a VGA adapter, such as Thunderbolt or Display Port).  GROUPS MUST BRING IN THEIR OWN SOUND AND AMPLIFICATION. 
    • Please make sure the projector is turned off using the wall controller. The shutdown process:  After cooling (approx. 45 seconds), the power light should stop blinking orange and turn red when off (standby).
    • Maximum capacity (standing room): 158
    • 1,100 sq. ft. (40 feet X 32 feet)
    • Fee for non-students: half day $400, full-day $600
    • Kopa and Freidenrich can be combined for $1,000/day

Board Room:

    • Located on second floor of the Koret Pavilion 
    • Flexible tables create rectangle-shape or U-shape for up to 30 seats total with tables in room.
    • Drop-down projection screen; Hillel does not provide projector or cables.
    • Features five beautiful stained glass windows
      560 sq. ft. (32 feet X 21 feet)
    • Fee for non-students: half day $200, full-day $325

 

Board room.

Kehillah Hall:

    • Located on second floor of the Koret Pavilion
    • Has 50 chairs in room set theater style; additional chairs are stacked in the corner for a total of 70 chairs.
    • Built-in ceiling projector, and drop-down projection screen; Hillel does not provide cables or mics. (users that do not have a VGA connection on their device must use a VGA adapter, such as Thunderbolt or Display Port).  GROUPS MUST BRING IN THEIR OWN SOUND AND AMPLIFICATION.   
    • Please make sure the projector is turned off using the wall controller. The shutdown process:  After cooling (approx. 45 seconds), the power light should stop blinking orange and turn red when off (standby).
    • Features beautiful wood ark, which can be concealed, and four beautiful stained glass windows
    • Maximum capacity (standing room): 139
    • 950 sq. ft. (30 feet X 30 feet)
    • Fee for non-students: half-day $475, full-day $700
    • Kehillah Hall can be joined with Rimon Lounge to create a larger space for $1,000/day 

 

 

Rimon Lounge:

    • Located on second floor of the Koret Pavilion
    • Lounge-style furniture with permanent seats for 18; Hillel does not provide additional furniture.
    • Wonderfully designed wood ark (can be concealed), and five beautiful stained glass windows
    • Maximum capacity: 81
    • 570 sq. ft. (32 feet X 22 feet)
    • Fee for non-students: half-day $250, full-day $400
    • Rimon Lounge can be joined with Kehillah Hall to create larger space for $1,000/day

 

Rimon room.

Koret Pavilion:

    • All Koret Pavilion rooms (other than three second-floor offices) can be reserved for exclusive use of the facility during summer vacation and winter/spring breaks.
    • If full facility is rented, the renter has use of the facility to the exclusion of other renters; however, staff who work in building will have access to their second floor offices.
    • Torah rental is $250 per day.
    • Koret Pavilion can only be reserved for a full day.  Fee for non-students is $3,500/day 
    • Full Hillel campus rental (Koret Pavilion, Taube house and outdoor space) is $5000/day
