The Harold & Libby Ziff Center for Jewish Campus Life is a state-of-the-art community center that is home to Hillel@Stanford and the Jewish campus community, and is also a resource for the Stanford community at large. Comprised of the Koret Pavilion and the Taube Hillel House, the Ziff Center features lecture and event space, comfortable lounge space, a Judaica library, a sanctuary, cable television, an art gallery and the KoPa Café.

Come by to read, study, hang out, or reserve a room for a meeting, event, or class!

Getting Started

Finding the right room for your venue

There are several spaces in our buildings that may be rented for your event.   Please note that the entire Ziff Center is closed (except for religious purposes) on Fridays after sundown and Saturday up until sundown. For more information about our rooms, please click here.

Requesting a Room

Please fill out the room request form, and be specific as possible so that we can do everything to expedite approval of this event. Please submit all room requests with a 5-day lead time for approval.

Getting your event approved for Stanford VSO groups

All university events need prior approval from University staff (SAL, OAPE or FSL). We want to know what you are doing and help as much as we can. See instructions on how to register your event and receive approval: https://sal.stanford.edu/plan-event/event-registration

Submitting Room Agreement Sign off and Payment

After receiving approval from Stanford and Hillel@Stanford, please read the Room Reservation Agreement and fill out the submit agreement form: http://stanford.hillel.org/roomreservations/submit-agreement

Rooms at the Ziff Center are available to be rented for Stanford University Voluntary Student Organizations (VSOs), Fraternities and Sororities with room rental fees waived for the school year. There is a $75 non-refundable quarterly student usage fee required for each organization that covers utilities and maintenance of the buildings. Student Groups must be registered with the Office of Student Activities as Voluntary Student Organizations, Fraternities and Sororities in order to reserve a room at no fee.

Room Rentals are also available to non-student groups that are affiliated with Stanford.

  • Koret Pavilion at the Ziff Center (located in the back of the Taube Hillel House)
